Cornerstone Foodservice Group, Inc., a ShoreView Portfolio Company, has Acquired Lloyd Industries

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Cornerstone Foodservice Group, Inc. (“CFG”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Lloyd Industries, LLC (“LloydPans”). LloydsPans will join Spring (U.S.A.) Corporation (“Spring”) as part of CFG’s strategy to be a family of leading brands trusted for providing innovative, high quality products and solutions to the foodservice industry.

LloydPans is a manufacturer of commercial grade baking, pizza, and restaurant equipment made in the USA. The Company designs and manufacturers commercial pizza pans and pizza tools, commercial bakeware, and commercial and consumer restaurant equipment in its 80,000 square foot facility in Spokane Valley, WA. LloydPans distributes its products around the world through multiple sales channels.

ShoreView assisted CFG in its acquisition of LloydPans. LloydPans represents the first acquisition for CFG during ShoreView’s ownership period.
