Rollease Acmeda has Acquired Waypoint

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce that Rollease Acmeda, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Waypoint. This marks Rollease Acmeda’s third add-on acquisition since ShoreView’s initial investment in 2013.   

Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, Waypoint is a leading supplier of window covering components, hardware, fabrics, and shutters serving customers in South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory of Australia. The addition of Waypoint further builds Rollease Acmeda’s market leadership position across Australia.

Rollease Acmeda has been on the forefront of innovation in the window coverings industry, with its motorized shade program, Automate, and portfolio of child safe products.  Rollease Acmeda, together with Waypoint, serves over 2,000 customers in 40 countries around the world with operations in the United States, Australia, Italy, and China.
