The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Abrasive Products and Equipment, LLC (“APE”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired certain assets of Alliance Parts and Equipment, LLC (“Alliance”).
Located in Houma, Louisiana, Alliance is a distributor of specialty abrasive media, parts, and equipment. With a diverse customer base, Alliance serves blast and paint contractors across Central and Southern Louisiana.
The acquisition provides APE with additional sales talent, expanded equipment rental capabilities, and new customer relationships.
ShoreView assisted APE in the acquisition of Alliance.
