Abrasive Products and Equipment, LLC has Acquired Safety Pros & Training

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Abrasive Products and Equipment, LLC (“APE”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired certain assets of Safety Pros & Training (“Safety Pros”).

With four locations in South Texas, Safety Pros is a provider of safety supplies, safety training services, and personal protective equipment. Safety Pros is headquartered in Carrizo Springs, TX.

The acquisition geographically expands APE’s safety distribution business and brings a complimentary customer base to the company.
