The Principals of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Angelle Concrete Group, LLC, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Delta Concrete Products, Inc.

Delta Concrete Products, Inc., based in Baton Rouge, LA, is a leading supplier of ready-mix concrete and pre-cast concrete products. ShoreView assisted Angelle Concrete Group, LLC in the acquisition of the Company.
