The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that CASS Polymers, Inc. (“CASS”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired certain assets of International Coatings, Inc. (“ICI”).
Located in Franklin Park, IL, ICI is a formulator of epoxy and urethane floor coating systems for a variety of industrial and commercial uses. ICI serves a diverse base of contractors and installers across the United States.
The acquisition provides CASS with an expanded product line, new customer relationships and additional sales talent.
