Rohrer Corporation has acquired Hogue Printing, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Rohrer Corporation (“Rohrer”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Hogue Printing, Inc. (“Hogue”).

Hogue is a designer and manufacturer of high-visibility consumer packing and printing services. Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, Hogue serves a broad customer base from a variety of industries including the retail, health and beauty, financial services, safety, and gaming end markets. Hogue was founded in 1956, and offers services including offset and lithographic printing and packaging products such as paperboard folding cartons, clamshell inserts, blister cards, cartons, trays, and purchase displays.

The acquisition provides Rohrer with additional printing capacity and expands Rohrer’s operational footprint to the western United States. Hogue’s management team provides deep knowledge and vast experiences to an already strong leadership team within Rohrer.
