ShoreView Announces Close on Fourth Fund

ShoreView is pleased to announce that on June 3, 2019, we held a successful close on our fourth fund, ShoreView Capital Partners IV, L.P with total commitments of $425 million.  ShoreView has raised over $1.3 billion of committed capital since inception. 

Based in Minneapolis, ShoreView invests in established, middle-market companies with operations in North America, across a wide range of industries. ShoreView structures a variety of acquisition, recapitalization and build-up transactions, typically in family-owned businesses with revenues ranging between $20 million and $300 million.

We continue to actively seek new investments and add-ons for our current portfolio.
