ShoreView Invests in Fabreeka International Holdings, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in Fabreeka International Holdings, Inc. (“Fabreeka”).

Fabreeka is a leading provider of engineered vibration-isolation and shock-control products, including isolation pads, rubber-bonded metal (RBM) isolators and engineered systems. The Company serves a diverse customer base across a variety of end-markets, such as test and measurement, industrial machinery, manufacturing, building and construction, precision equipment and aerospace and defense.

ShoreView partnered with the management team on a recapitalization of the Company.
