ShoreView Invests in Mori Lee LLC

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in Mori Lee LLC (“Mori Lee” or “the Company”).

Mori Lee is a leading international designer and manufacturer of specialty occasion dresses, primarily for the wedding industry.

The Company serves a diverse international customer base of over 4,500 wedding and specialty dress stores. The Company is headquartered in New York City and has distribution facilities in Las Vegas, NV, and Newark-on-Trent, UK. Mori Lee owns two production facilities near Jakarta, Indonesia.

ShoreView partnered with the management team on a majority recapitalization of the Company. This is ShoreView’s second investment from its recently activated fund, ShoreView Capital Partners III, L.P.
