TMI International, LLC has Acquired Simplex Strip Doors, Inc.

The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that TMI International, LLC (“TMI”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired certain assets of Simplex Strip Doors, Inc. (“Simplex”).

Headquartered in Fontana, California, Simplex is a manufacturer of strip doors and industrial curtains specializing in clean rooms, data centers, separation, process, and environmental isolation equipment. Simplex is headquartered in Fontana, CA.

The acquisition provides TMI with a broadened product line in the data center and clean room markets, expands its geographic presence in the West Coast, and establishes a number of new customer relationships.
