ShoreView Announces the Successful sale of Hermetic Solutions Group, LLC
ShoreView is pleased to announce the sale of Hermetic Solutions Group, LLC (“HSG”) to Windjammer Capital Investors.
HSG is the combination of several niche manufacturers of highly-engineered hermetic solutions and products for the aerospace and defense, medical, energy and telecom industries. ShoreView structured transactions that:
- Provided liquidity and met the divestiture objectives of the companies’ owners
- Allowed management to retain the day-to-day operating control of the business
- Created an ownership incentive plan for key managers
- Provided financial resources to support management’s growth strategy
Working together, ShoreView and HSG management successfully completed the integration of the HSG divisions into one standalone company. Through these combinations, HSG’s management team was bolstered, and the company’s geographic reach and product offering were greatly expanded. The results of this partnership were excellent, as HSG’s sales and earnings grew materially during ShoreView’s investment period.
