The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce an investment in Edstrom Holdings, LLC (“Edstrom” or “the Company”).
Edstrom develops and manufactures automated watering solutions for use in animal and laboratory research markets. The Company’s products include water purification, animal drinking valves, room distribution systems, and monitoring & control solutions. The Company serves a diverse base of customers across a number of markets including: pharmaceutical, educational, governmental, biotechnology, and agriculture. The Company is headquartered in Waterford, WI.
ShoreView partnered with members of the Edstrom family and the management team on a majority recapitalization of the Company.
