Headquartered in Buffalo, New York, Protective Industries is a manufacturer of plastic injection-molded and vinyl protection products including caps, plugs, tubing, edge liners, fasteners and netting. The Company markets its products under the Caplugs®and Niagara® brand names. ShoreView partnered with management in the buyout of the Company.
