TMI, located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a leading manufacturer and value-added distributor of strip doors, air doors, industrial curtains and separators, loading dock accessories, and flexible PVC products.

ShoreView partnered with the management in the recapitalization of the Company.
