ShoreView Launches Flow Control and Automation Platform with Investment in VanZandt

The Partners of ShoreView are pleased to announce an investment in VanZandt Controls/Eagle Automation (“VZE”), establishing a new ShoreView platform in the flow control and process instrumentation & automation sectors.

VZE is a lifecycle provider of products, solutions, and services to oil & gas and industrial-process end markets. Product categories include valve automation, flow measurement, instrumentation, and controls. Solution and services offerings include automated valve packages, electrical and control panels, skids, field services, board repair, and vendor-managed inventory. An application-focused sales approach makes the Company a trusted partner to both its end customers and channel partners.

ShoreView has partnered with management to drive growth through organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. Specifically, the Company will focus on expanding its offerings and its presence across the oil and gas, chemical processing, water and wastewater, refining, and data center end markets.
